From the meeting point we reach on foot the multi-pitch climbing crag that we have chosen as course location. We will get a refresher of belaying, knot tying and climbing techniques. Additionally, we will cover the basic techniques for securing pitches, belaying, rope handling and abseiling long routes. The theory is rounded off with climbing a multi-pitch route of the suitable difficulty level.
What else can we expect? Climbing, sun, fun!
Depending on the number of participants and climbing experience, we will pick suitable routes, so that at the end of the day everyone will be able to enjoy climbing simple MSL routes on their own. End of the course approx. 16:00.
If you are looking for a more in-depth course, check out our two-day "MSL Advanced Course". This includes a second day of practice and covers more advanced MSL climbing topics.
